Since launching Sans [ceuticals] back in 2009 I’ve sought solutions to the industry's most pressing problems. Why can't our beauty products be permanent objects? Something you cherish like a peppermill, and refill perpetually?

Of course, asking a question is one thing. Answering it is another. What we thought would take three months took seven years.
