Excellent for dermatitis, respiratory and arthritic conditions. Great for healing & rebuilding lungs.
Ingredients
1 cup fresh pineapple
3 oranges
1 lemon
1/2 lime
2” turmeric root
1” ginger root
1 clove garlic [optional]
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp flaxseed or coconut oil
Press oranges, lemon, lime, ginger and turmeric through a juicer.
Transfer liquid to blender, add remaining ingredients and blitz.
