An unlikely ingredient: turnip, is added to this recipe for its high volume of vitamin A, and lemons for vitamin C, both also full of antioxidants. Garlic, a natural antibiotic, adds antiviral and antibacterial properties to keep your system clean and robust. Our Breathe Easy Juice is a combination of powerful foods, each humming with flavour and working to heal your body from within.

INGREDIENTS (single serving)


2” knob fresh ginger
1 bunch watercress
½ white cabbage
1 green apple
½ cucumber
1 small turnip
1 clove garlic
1 lemon

METHOD

Juice all ingredients through a slow juicer and pour over ice. If you don’t have a juicer, you can put all ingredients into a blender, then separate the juice and pulp using a strainer. Enjoy this juice once or twice a day. Best absorbed on an empty stomach.
