Bitters
Tonic Water [good quality]
Pink Grapefruit [freshly squeezed]
Gin
Ice
METHOD
Fill a tumbler glass with crushed ice, add a dash of bitters, 30mls gin and 50mls of grapefruit juice.
Top with tonic water and grapefruit zest— enjoy!
