Everyone loves a bit of sunshine — especially when you can drink it. Rain or shine, our mornings at the studio often begin with a tonic we fondly refer to as 'Nature’s Voltaren'.

This zesty mix maximises the potent benefits of pineapple, ginger, cayenne, and turmeric — nature’s renowned anti-inflammatory stars. Combined, they not only complement each other’s effects but also increase their bioavailability* — giving your body a protective kick-start against inflammation.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple
  • 3 oranges
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/2 lime
  • 2” turmeric root
  • 1” ginger root
  • 1 clove garlic [optional]
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp flaxseed or coconut oil

Method

Press oranges, lemon, lime, ginger and turmeric through a juicer.

Transfer liquid to blender, add remaining ingredients and blitz.
