Do I have to order the same product every time?
Not at all. Your subscription is designed to move with you — change what you receive, whenever it suits. To swap a product, simply: Log in via the ‘Account’ option at the top right of our site. From there, select ‘Subscription Management’, choose the product you'd like to update, then tap ‘Swap Product’ and select your new choice.
Can I use Afterpay as my payment method for a subscription?
Afterpay is only available for one-time purchases. Subscription orders require a credit card payment method.
Will I be notified before my next order ships?
Yes — you'll receive an email reminder three days before your order is set to process. If you don’t see it, it’s worth checking your spam folder or confirming your email is up to date in your account. Still unsure? We’re here to help.
Can I add a one-time purchase to my subscription order?
You can. Within ‘Manage Subscription’, simply select the item you'd like to add as a one-time purchase and it will be included in your upcoming delivery — no extra fuss.
What happens if my payment doesn’t go through?
If your payment method fails, we’ll retry several times. If it still doesn’t work, your subscription will be temporarily skipped. We’ll email you to let you know, so you can update your details if needed.
What if I’m going away or need to delay my delivery?
Life moves — your subscription can too. Log in via the ‘Account’ option, go to ‘Subscription Management’, and either skip the upcoming order or reschedule your delivery date. All easy to manage, whenever you need.
Subscription Terms
- Overview: Our subscription service is designed to bring consistency and ease to your rituals. By subscribing, you agree to receive recurring deliveries of your chosen Sans [ceuticals] products at your selected frequency.
- Managing Your Subscription: You have full control of your subscription. Log in via the ‘Account’ option at the top right of our website, then select ‘Subscription Management’ to pause, skip, swap products, reschedule your order, or cancel altogether. Changes must be made at least 24 hours before your next order is due to process. If you’d prefer support, you’re welcome to contact our team. Any requests made by email or message must be confirmed by us at least 24 hours before your processing date. Orders processed due to late cancellation may still be dispatched. If you receive an unintended order, unopened products may be returned at your own cost. Please contact us to arrange a return.
- Payment & Billing: Your saved payment method will be charged automatically before each scheduled delivery. If your payment fails, we’ll attempt to retry it several times. If unsuccessful, your subscription will be temporarily paused and you’ll receive an email prompting you to update your payment details.
- Notifications: You’ll receive an email reminder three days before each order is processed. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder or confirm your email details in your account. We're here to help if needed.
- Loyalty Rewards: Sans Inner Circle loyalty points can be applied to subscription orders by entering your valid voucher code under the ‘Add Discount Code’ section in ‘Manage Subscription’.
- Shipping & Delivery: Shipping and delivery for subscription orders follow the same terms as all Sans [ceuticals] orders.
- Eligibility for Offers: Promotional offers may apply to one-time purchases only unless otherwise specified. Subscription orders may not always qualify for active promotions.
