The Inner Circle

Programme Overview

The Sans Ceuticals Inner Circle is a tiered loyalty programme with three membership levels: Earth, Water, and Fire. Tier benefits are subject to the following conditions.

[01] Earth

Earth status is granted automatically upon your first qualifying purchase with Sans.

• A $10 NZD account credit is applied upon sign-up to the Inner Circle programme.
• A luxury Sans sample and sustenance recipe card will be included with every qualifying purchase while you hold Earth status.

[02] Water

Water status is granted from your second qualifying purchase onwards.

• A $10 NZD store credit is earned for every $100 NZD spent.
• A luxury Sans sample and sustenance recipe card will be included with every qualifying purchase.
• A birthday reward will be applied to your account during your birthday month. You must have an active account with a saved date of birth to be eligible. If you would like to add your date of birth to an existing account please contact us.

[03] Fire

Fire status is granted when a minimum of $2,000 NZD is spent within a rolling 12-month period.

• A $20 NZD store credit is earned for every $100 NZD spent (double the Water tier earn rate).
• All Water tier perks apply.
• Fire status is reviewed on a rolling 12-month basis. If spend falls below $2,000 NZD within the qualifying period, membership will revert to the applicable tier.

Redeeming Points

To redeem your points please take the steps below:

1. Login to your account
2. Click on Loyalty Points in the top bar
3. Click on Redeem under Inner Circle Rewards
4. Choose your reward – only one voucher can be used per purchase
5. This will generate a one time discount code – copy this and enter into the discount code box at checkout checkout
6. Enjoy!

General Conditions

• All spend thresholds and credits are denominated in NZD. Customers purchasing in AUD or USD will have spend converted at the prevailing exchange rate at time of purchase.
• Credits are non-transferable and hold no cash value.
• Sans Ceuticals reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Inner Circle programme or any tier benefits at any time, with reasonable notice provided to members.

Points Expiry Terms & Conditions

Points earned through the Sans Ceuticals loyalty program are subject to expiry under the following conditions:

1. Expiry trigger — Points will expire if your account has no qualifying purchase activity for a continuous period of 12 months. The expiry window resets each time a purchase is made.
2. Rolling expiry — Points expire on a rolling basis. All unredeemed points in your account will expire at the end of any 12-month period during which no purchase has been made.
3. Expiry commencement — Points expiry commenced on 3 May 2026. Any account inactive for 12 or more months from this date onward is subject to point forfeiture.
4. Expiry notice — We will send a reminder notification 14 days before your points are due to expire, giving you the opportunity to make a purchase and reset your expiry window.
5. No reinstatement — Once points have expired, they cannot be reinstated or transferred under any circumstances.
6. Programme changes — Sans Ceuticals reserves the right to amend expiry conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes in advance.
