How long after placing my order will it be shipped?

Please allow 1-2 business days from when your order is first placed for the warehouse to pick and pack your order for shipping. Northern Hemisphere customers this may mean that you are a day behind our team due to time zone differences. Please take note of this when considering delivery timeframes. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday.

During peak, promotional and holiday periods, processing timeframes may be subject to change and getting your order may take longer to be on the move than expected. We thank you for your patience during these times.

How long does shipping take?

Please allow time for your order to be received and processed by our warehouse team.

From then, shipping within New Zealand: 1-2 business days.

For all other destinations: 3-8 business days approximately to most major cities, world-wide.

Please note, we cannot ship to PO Box or APO/Armed Forces addresses.

When will I get a tracking number?

Once your order has been shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number, which allows you to easily track the progress of your order. Please allow 48-hours from the time your order is first placed, until tracking information is made available.

As we ship orders Monday - Friday, tracking details cannot be supplied on weekends.

Which courier do you use?

For orders to New Zealand: NZ Post

For orders to Australia: Australia Post

For all other destinations: we predominately use DHL for deliveries to major cities.

Please note, Sans [ceuticals] reserves the right to ship via an alternate courier where available.

Will I have to pay additional import taxes or duties?*

For orders to New Zealand: No, orders are inclusive of GST.

For orders to Australia: No, orders are inclusive of GST.

For orders to the United States: No, as of 24 September 2025, we now ship all US orders on a Delivered Duty Paid [DDP] basis. This means the $26.95 flat shipping fee covers everything — shipping, duties, and customs clearance. There are no surprise fees on delivery: your order will arrive straight to your door without additional charges from couriers or US Customs.

For all other destinations: All other orders are sent on a Delivery Duty Unpaid [DDU] basis. Sans [ceuticals] does not cover any duties, taxes or associated handling fees which may be applied to your order by your local government. Please be aware that you may be responsible for payment of these costs upon delivery of your order. Please contact your local customs office for more information. Sans [ceuticals] is not responsible for replacing or refunding any orders that are stuck in customs clearance or for refusal to pay duties, taxes or associated handling fees which may be applied to your order by your local government.

Refunds & Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with Sans [ceuticals]. Please take a moment to review our returns and refunds policy before placing your order.

Where to return

We can only accept returns for items purchased directly from sansceuticals.com. If you purchased through a retailer or stockist, please contact them directly for assistance.

Change of mind

We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind or for product dissatisfaction.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or is the incorrect item, please email hello@sansceuticals.com within 14 days of receiving your parcel. We will arrange a refund or replacement promptly.

Product reactions

If you experience a reaction to one of our products, please contact us at hello@sansceuticals.com with:

  • the product name,
  • the batch code, and
  • a description of your experience.

Our team will work with you to find the most suitable resolution.

Customs and duties

Sans [ceuticals] cannot replace or refund orders that are:

  • held or rejected by customs, or
  • refused due to unpaid duties, taxes, or handling fees charged by your local government.

Failed delivery

If delivery is unsuccessful due to:

  • an incorrect address provided,
  • refusal to pay duties, or
  • multiple failed delivery attempts,

Sans [ceuticals] is not responsible for return shipping costs or the cost of resending the package. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
