Application

The ritual

Lather a small amount of Balancing Hair Wash between the palms of your hands and apply to wet hair. Massage and leave in for a few minutes, allowing the actives to treat the hair and scalp. Rinse and repeat.

Squeeze out excess moisture from wet hair to avoid dilution and boost product performance. Work Nourishing Hair Hydratant through mid-lengths and ends to increase penetration. Leave for 30 seconds to restore, then rinse well. Dry hair.

Spray Biotic+ Scalp Reset Infusion directly onto the scalp. Use 3-4 pumps for targeted areas or 10-15 pumps for full-scalp coverage. Do not rinse. Massage gently into the scalp to stimulate your ecosystem, enhance absorption, and release the instant cooling benefits of menthol. Use daily for optimal results. This lightweight formula works continuously to selectively nourish good microbes and control excess sebum.

Genuinely makes a difference
I have a dry itchy scalp and very dry crown due to having thick coloured hair. I colour my hair and use heat so very prone to damage but I have good products, this being one of them. It absorbs straight away, my crown isn’t crusty and dandruff has reduced significantly. I do find my hair gets a little more greasy with this product but I’d rather that than a constant itchy scalp.

Scalp relief
