Each Perpetual Kit includes everything you need: one refillable canister, designed to keep for life, and one initial refill. When it’s empty, simply replace with a new refill to continue your ritual, without the waste.

Perpetual canisters are made from 100% recycled waste plastic (Post-Consumer Recycled [PCR] Polypropylene). Each canister is designed to be kept and refilled for life, helping eliminate the single-use packaging so common in the beauty industry.

Yes! Perpetual canisters are designed to be cherished for a lifetime of soothing showers. When you’ve finished your first formula, simply refill and continue the ritual.

Our refill packaging is made from discarded sugarcane leaves, once destined for incineration, now given new purpose. After you’ve topped up your canister, the refill pack* can be placed straight into your home compost, completing the cycle.

Note: the small sachet that houses the cleanser biospheres is not yet compostable and will need to be disposed of with your household waste.

Many existing eco-friendly options compromise on performance. Perpetual was created to deliver both sustainability and results. Our waterless biospheres and solid concentrates are calibrated for pure performance. Pre, pro + postbiotics, combined with biomimetic peptides and hair re-bonding technologies deliver advanced colour protection and hair repair.

Perpetual Hair Cleanser and Conditioner are designed to last around 30-40 washes. How long that is for you will depend on your haircare routine, but we generally recommend washing less often (2–3 times per week) and washing more thoroughly for the best results.

If you subscribe to Perpetual, your first order will include a canister, and then all future deliveries will switch automatically to refills, so that your rituals continue seamlessly without interruption.

If a canister is ever no longer needed, it has two end-of-life options: 
+ Recycle locally: As a Number 5 plastic, your canister can go into most curbside recycling programs.
+ Return to Sans: Your canister can be re-ground and incorporated into the next production batch of canisters, so it lives on for someone else to enjoy.
