Yes, daily — morning and/or night. Applied to damp skin after showering it forms a hydrolipidic film that locks in moisture.

Yes — applying this oil before retinol/retinal can help buffer the active, slowing its absorption and reducing the chance of irritation. This is especially helpful for sensitive skin or those new to retinoids. For maximum potency, apply retinol to bare skin instead and use the oil as your last step. 

Vitamin C needs direct contact with bare skin to absorb effectively at its optimal pH, so apply it first and let it fully absorb (about 60–90 seconds) before anything else. Follow with this oil afterward as your sealing step.

For all other ingredients, it is recommended to apply Activator 7 as the last ‘sealing step’ to enhance the penetration of the actives beneath.

Yes — Activator 7 is pregnancy- and breastfeeding-safe, and a favourite for nourishing pregnant bellies and helping with the look of stretch marks.

Yes. As the final, sealing step it works as your moisturiser — especially applied to damp skin to lock in hydration. For very dry skin, layer it over a lotion like Cellx 5 for extra nourishment.

On top. Oils are the sealing step, so apply your water-based lotion first, then press Activator 7 over the top — ideally while skin is still slightly damp — to lock everything in.
