We all know someone who could use a little kindness. A friend who’s been there for you. Someone who could use a pick-me-up. Or a person you’d like to remind that they’re thought of.

Throughout September, pass on the gift of kindness and nominate someone to receive a complimentary sans Sampler Pack; it will be their little invitation to slow down, discover something new, and take time for themselves.

HOW IT WORKS
+ Share your details and the name and contact details of the person you'd like to treat.
+ Add a note (optional). Let them know why you're thinking of them. Sometimes it's the message that means the most.
+ Leave the rest to us. We'll send their complimentary Sampler Pack, introducing them to our collection.

Terms + conditions

  1. Limited to one nomination per person.
  2. Recipients must reside in New Zealand or Australia.
  3. Recipient must be a genuine third party and cannot be the nominator.
  4. Nominations where the recipient's delivery address matches an existing address on the nominator's customer account may be deemed ineligible.
  5. Sans reserves the right to verify nominations and reject any suspected fraudulent or duplicate entries.
  6. Complimentary Sampler Packs are available while stocks last.
  7. Promotion is valid from 1 September until 30 September 2026, unless ended earlier due to stock availability.
  8. No purchase is necessary to participate.
  9. Sampler Packs are not redeemable for cash, transferable or exchangeable.
  10. Sans reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at any time.
