2 quartered Meyer or regular lemons
1/4 cup fresh sage leaves
1/4 cup manuka honey
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt in a pitcher
1.5 cups of soda water

2 quartered Meyer or regular lemons 1/4 cup fresh sage leaves 1/4 cup Mānuka honey 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt in a pitcher 1.5 cups of soda water

METHOD

Muddle lemons, sage leaves, manuka honey, and salt in a pitcher. Just before serving, add soda water and stir to combine. Divide liquid among four glasses filled with ice.
