As we wind down to enjoy the delights of a long weekend what better way to indulge than with chocolate in multiple forms...
If your Sans Smooooothe bar hasn't mysteriously disappeared [it's hard to resist, we know], whip it into our luxurious Hazelnut Cacao. If it's already a goner, any ol' chocolate will do though.
For the early risers, navigating egg hunts, add a little vigour with a dash of coffee. And for those who like their evening peace with a punch you can always add a splash of Kahlúa.

1 bar of Sans Smooooothe Chocolate
1 cup of your preferred milk (dairy or plant-based)
A pinch of sea salt
Optional: A dash of Kahlúa or freshly-brewed coffee
METHOD
Break the Sans Smooooothe Chocolate bar into small pieces.
In a saucepan, gently heat the milk on a low flame. Avoid boiling.
Once warm, whisk in the chocolate pieces until fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
Stir in a pinch of sea salt, along with Kahlúa or coffee if desired.
Alternate option: Hazelnut + Hemp Milk (pictured)
1/3 cup hemp hearts
½ cup raw hazelnuts
1 tsp manuka honey
Good pinch of celtic sea salt
1 litre filtered water
METHOD
Put all ingredients into blender with filtered water and leave to get to know each other for a couple of hours. Blend on high then strain.
