Ingredients
- 1 bar of Sans Smooooothe Chocolate
- 1 cup of your preferred milk [dairy or plant-based]
- A pinch of sea salt
- Optional: A dash of Kahlúa or freshly-brewed coffee
Method
Break the Sans Smooooothe Chocolate bar into small pieces.
In a saucepan, gently heat the milk on a low flame. Avoid boiling.
Once warm, whisk in the chocolate pieces until fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
Stir in a pinch of sea salt, along with Kahlúa or coffee if desired.
Alternate option: Hazelnut + Hemp Milk [pictured]
- 1/3 cup hemp hearts
- ½ cup raw hazelnuts
- 1 tsp manuka honey
- Good pinch of celtic sea salt
- 1 litre filtered water
Put all ingredients into blender with filtered water and leave to get to know each other for a couple of hours. Blend on high then strain.
