- 120ml scotch
- 120ml fresh lemon juice
- 120ml honey ginger syrup*
HONEY GINGER SYRUP
• 1 cup Manuka honey
• 6-inch piece ginger [juiced]
• 2-inch piece of turmeric [juiced]
Method

Juice ginger and mix into honey.
Mix all ingredients together and pour over ice.
Garnish with fresh julienned ginger.
