Ingredients
[makes 2 cups, preparation time: 10mins]
• 2 cups hazelnut milk
• 2 Tbsp cacao
• pinch of cayenne pepper [to taste]
• knob of ginger, sliced
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 1 tsp mushroom powder blend [We use Masons Mushrooms by Superfeast. Some people might find this measurement too strong, try ½ tsp to start with and adjust accordingly.]
• 1 tsp Mãnuka honey
Method
Add hazelnut milk, cacao, cayenne pepper, ginger and cinnamon stick
into a pot and bring to a simmer for 5—8 minutes.
Remove from the heat. Take out the cinnamon stick.
Stir through the mushroom powder blend, then the Mãnuka honey.
Pour into two drinking cups (or one, twice!)
