Ingredients

- 2 cups of rolled oat flakes
- 1 cup almond milk
- 3 pears to make juice
- 1” knob of ginger
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 3⁄4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla paste
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1 medium pear peeled, cored, and diced
Method
Put 3 pears and ginger through juicer. This should yield approximately 1 cup of pear juice.
Combine almond milk, pear juice, lime juice, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla paste and sea salt with the rolled oats.
Adjust lime and maple to taste. Should be good balance of sweet and sour.
Leave to sit in the fridge overnight.
Before serving, add chopped pear and sprinkle with cinnamon and crushed walnuts or hazelnuts.
