Ingredients

- London Dry Gin [infused with Lapsang Souchng]
- Ginger kombucha
- Ginger syrup*
- Lemon juice
- Ice cubes
*GINGER SYRUP
• 1 cup of manuka honey
• 6 inch piece of ginger [juiced]
Method
[5 mins]
Juice (or finely grate) ginger into a bowl, add in honey and blend.
Add ice to a glass tumbler.
Blend ginger syrup with rest of ingredients and pour over ice.
Serve with a dash of lemon zest over the top.
